Norskies’ Huot named SIJHL – CCM Hockey performer of the month for November
THUNDER BAY, Ont. – The Superior International Junior Hockey League announced Friday that Thief River Falls Norskies forward Keaton Huot has been named its CCM Hockey performer of the month for November.
In 11 outings in November, the 20-year-old Thief River Falls, Minn., product had points in nine of them amassing 19 in total on seven goals and 12 assists.
Huot has only been held off the scoresheet four times so far this season for the Norskies recording 10 tallies and 21 helpers for 31 points in just 22 games played.
His offensive efforts see him leading Thief River Falls in offensive production to date in the campaign and he also sits third overall in SIJHL scoring.
Huot has seven multi-point games to his credit for the Norskies in 2016-17, including a pair of five-point nights.
Also earning consideration for the SIJHL’s CCM Hockey performer of the month award was Brad Arabia, (F) Thunder Bay North Stars; Jacen Bracko, (F) Dryden GM Ice Dogs; Dylan Kooner, (F) Fort Frances Lakers; Trevor Pereverzoff, (D) English River Miners and Logan Froberg, (F) Minnesota Iron Rangers.
